AdTech Lawyer

We are currently seeking an AdTech Lawyer to work with some of the world's largest companies.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.
• Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
• Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

• Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.
• Develop a leadership role in Axiom's community of over 5,800 lawyers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience taking on complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Active bar license in the state where you reside.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $140,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
