Structured Finance Attorney

We are currently seeking a Structured Products Attorney for a leading financial institution.

Responsibilities :

• Provide deal support on structured finance and / or securitization transactions, including structuring and negotiating deal documentation for derivatives, asset-backed securities, collateral loan obligations, repurchase agreements, direct lending, private credit, credit insurance, and syndicated loans.
• Coordinate with internal business team leaders to provide timely and sound counsel on legal, risk, and regulatory matters.
• Maintain deal documentation for focus areas and manage external counsel for effective execution of high-volume deal flow.

This role offers a range of competitive compensation beginning at $165,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
