We are seeking an experienced Validation Engineer specializing in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge verification, validation, and uncertainty quantification techniques for EDA tools, ensuring they meet rigorous performance, power, and area specifications in semiconductor design.
Responsibilities
- Verification & Validation : Develop and implement comprehensive verification methodologies to ensure EDA tools produce accurate outputs under diverse scenarios.
- Performance & Compliance : Conduct detailed validation processes to ensure that designs meet stringent performance, power, and area targets, aligning with real-world manufacturing standards.
- Uncertainty Quantification : Perform in-depth uncertainty quantification to assess the reliability and confidence of design predictions, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the design process.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with machine learning and design experts to integrate advanced validation workflows into automated design processes.
- Tool Integration : Seamlessly integrate validation processes with industry-standard tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA) through APIs to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Design Review : Lead thorough design reviews to verify compliance with customer specifications and industry standards, detecting potential issues early in the design cycle to save time and reduce costly revisions.
