Responsibilities as a Engineering Manager:

• Manager projects for Plant expansions.
• Equipment installations to maximize and optimize production including work processes.
• New technology installations and designs, including mechanization and/or robotization.
• Project design, including plans, budgets and supplier relations.
• Processes related to occupational health and safety prevention and committee participation
• Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement processes, such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, etc.
• Experience in project budget management.
• Make presentations on capex (ROI) with Gantt charts, etc.

Qualifications and experience needed:

• 10 years’ experience in engineering/project management
• 5 years working with CAPEX projects
• Engineering Degree preferred
• 5 years’ experience in food processing
