What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Axion Recruitment?
- Maintenance Technician
- Swedesboro, NJ
- 3rd Shift (10pm - 6 :30am, must work weekends)
- Food Production
- $34-$37/hour
Key Responsibilities include:
- Proactive and reactive maintenance of production machinery
- Working with PLC's, instruments, microprocesses and electrical components
- Maintain Complex electrical faults, electronics and pneumatic controls
- Planned and reactive maintenance (PPM)
- PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete installations and troubleshooting on production machinery
- Complete project work as needed by the business
- Service and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- At least 4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably within food production or processing
- Maintenance expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical functions of the equipment
- Familiarity with machine configuration, rebuilding, stripping, and preventative maintenance
- Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) electrical troubleshooting knowledge
Relevant Job Title: Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer, Industrial Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Industrial Mechanic.
