Axion Recruitment Inc is an international recruitment company working across North America and UK specializing in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. We recruit skilled technical based positions from factory floor, Management to C-Suite level (Direct hire only). Our principal markets include Food and Beverage, Plastics and Packaging, Metals and Heavy Engineering, Machinery and Automation.
As part of our wider business growth strategy, we are opening our next office in Allen, Texas. We are recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team, you will be responsible for servicing the recruitment needs of our clients across North America, with a focus on the Eastern and Central time-zones.
Duties and responsibilities:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for winning and developing new business, sourcing and fulfilling technical engineering candidates for manufacturing clients across North America. Examples of your day-to-day duties include:
- Building and developing relationships with Engineering and Manufacturing companies.
- Business development activities including cold/warm calls, emails and messaging
- Attending client on-boarding meeting, and establishing relationships with the client via video and phone calls.
- Discussing and agreeing terms and conditions with clients.
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Responsible for sourcing and searching vacancies on behalf of your clients
- Creating recruitment strategies for your clients.
- Reporting to the Recruitment Director on vacancy progress and search progress
- Attending meetings with your clients for updates and feedback
- Building networks on LinkedIn within your industry sector and state
- Creating Boolean search strings to source candidates
- Review resumes and candidate applications.
- Checking in with Candidates prior to interview and job start dates
- Requesting reviews and feedback from Candidates and Clients
- Sourcing candidates for all client jobs utilising job boards, Linkedin and similar sources.
- Conducting comprehensive interviews with candidates across a range of sectors and positions.
- Post placement follow ups with candidates that have started jobs
- Following company processes and database administration.
Experience required:
- Proven 360 recruitment agency background.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and engineering markets (Ideal)
- Strong administration and computer skills (Essential)
- Linkedin, Job Boards, Boolean Searching and similar skills
- Honesty, reliability and a strong work ethic
- Time management skills (Essential)

A starting salary of $55,000 - $75,000 depending on skills and ability, which is reviewed regularly. - Excellent commission structure, paid monthly. (OTE $90K - $140K)
