Responsibilities include :
Develop and implement reliability improvement plans and strategies to increase equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs.Collaborate with plant and company-wide operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and share reliability improvement opportunities and best practices.Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode investigations to identify and resolve equipment and production system reliability issues.Collaborate with the Maintenance Management team to develop and maintain preventative maintenance procedures and schedules to improve equipment reliability.Manage projects related to reliability improvement initiatives including scope development, planning, execution, closeout, and sustainability of improvements.Develop and maintain accurate equipment reliability metrics to track and measure progress, performance, and sustainability of improvements.Provide technical expertise to the maintenance and operations teams to aid in resolving equipment reliability issues.Drive the plant’s continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with the department MSE and plant leadership.Qualification & Experience needed :
Experience from a Manufacturing facility, Food manufacturing ideal5 years experience as a Reliability EngineerStrong PLC experience and demonstrated success of driving maintenance reliabilityHow To Apply
