What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-ray Technician (PRN) position at Axion Spine & Neurosurgery?
Axion Spine & Neurosurgery is a medical practice in Atlanta specializing in minimally-invasive and non-surgical spine care. Our elite team of professionals are dedicated to providing best-in-class services. We are looking for an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our PRN pool.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide patient care services via diagnostic radiology exams.
- Work with clinicians to optimize image quality and patient experience.
- Provide radiology reports and records as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- ARRT Certification.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in x-ray.
- C-arm experience is a huge plus.
- BLS Certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure when directly dealing with patients.
- Basic knowledge of computer programs.
- Must be able to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
- Background Check Required.
