Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight :
Manage and supervise engineering operations across multiple client sites, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure infrastructure, equipment, and systems are functioning at peak levels.
Project Management :
Coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase operational reliability.
Prepare detailed reports on project progress, site conditions, and operational metrics for stakeholders.
Technical Expertise and Support :
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues at client sites, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Review engineering designs and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to integrate innovative solutions into facility operations.
Client Relations :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring services exceed expectations.
Provide technical consultations and recommendations to enhance client site operations and infrastructure.
Represent Axionova as a trusted partner at client meetings and site visits.
Compliance and Safety :
Ensure all engineering operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering operations, preferably across multiple sites.
Technical Competencies :
Proficiency in facilities management software and engineering tools.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Core Skills :
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client sites effectively.
