Job Description:
As a Broker of Group Benefits, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with business owners to provide tailored insurance solutions from major medical to core benefits. This role is designed for a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and relationship-building. Your success in this position will be determined by your ability to drive new business, maintain strong client relationships, and meet performance-based targets. The more you engage with businesses and gain relationships, the higher your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business-to-Business Outreach: Proactively identify and approach businesses in need of insurance coverage, with a focus on building long-term, trusted partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at businesses of various sizes and industries.
- Needs Analysis: Assess the unique needs of each business, offering tailored insurance products and solutions that align with their goals and risk management requirements. Retention and Employee drive all are key factors in ensuring they have the right benefits in place.
- Sales and Negotiation: Present and negotiate insurance packages with carriers, ensuring that businesses have the best package possible.
- Performance-Driven Results: Custom goals created for how you want your lifestyle to be while having a flexible schedule becuse FAMILY is actually first here.
- Follow-Up and Retention: Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service, addressing concerns, and keeping clients updated on policy changes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience and entry level in sales(other qualifications required), business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Self-motivated, driven by results, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of business insurance products is a plus, but not required.
- Open to not having an insurance license
