We are looking for a boat detailer who is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and restoring the appearance of boats, yachts, and other watercraft. Their job is to ensure that boats are spotless and well-maintained, both inside and out, to preserve their condition and keep them looking their best.

- Wash and clean the boat's exterior, including the hull, deck, and any other exposed surfaces.
- Use appropriate cleaners, waxes, and polishes to remove dirt, stains, and oxidation.
- Apply protective coatings or sealants to preserve the boat’s finish.
- Clean and disinfect the interior spaces, including the cabin, helm, and storage areas.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and wipe down hard surfaces.
- Organize and ensure all items are in place and neatly stored.
- Clean and treat leather, vinyl, or other materials used in the boat’s interior.
- Clean and maintain windows, including removing water spots and ensuring clear visibility.
- Clean and polish metal parts, such as stainless-steel rails, propellers, and fittings.
- Apply high-quality waxes and polishes to protect the boat’s surfaces from saltwater, sun damage, and wear over time.
- Buff out any imperfections in the boat’s exterior.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques suited for boats, including safe and effective use of waxing and polishing agents.
- Ability to operate and handle cleaning equipment such as buffers, pressure washers, vacuums, etc.
- Physical stamina for performing the work in various weather conditions and being on your feet for long periods.
- Attention to detail, as this job requires thoroughness to ensure every part of the boat is properly cleaned.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and report on work done or any issues with the boat.
- A passion for boats or watercraft can be a plus!
