Controller Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting for multiple facilities
- Manage monthly closings and annual reporting processes
- Handle cash management and tax statement preparation
- Direct accounts payable/receivable and cost accounting functions
- Ensure retirement plan compliance and payroll activities
Controller Qualifications:
To be considered for the Controller position, applicants should:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5-10 years of senior accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
- Audit experience is required
- Strong communication and leadership skills for team management
- Proficiency in accounting operations, tax compliance, and reporting
