Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a commercial and residential real estate developer, in Jackson, seeking a Lead Service Technician. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer service-focused, and passionate to be apart of a growing entrepreneurial organization.
Responsibilities :
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner, maintain accurate records, preventative
- maintenance, and site and grounds inspections
- Monitor work order completion as directed by the supervisor
- Provide daily updates to the Supervisor
- Assist service team members and responsible for highlevel challenging work orders
- Conduct a daily service team huddle to map out a plan of action for the day as directed
- by the Supervisor
- Turn scheduling
- Assist with capital expenditure projects including obtaining bids and vendor scheduling
- and communication
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering and adherence to budget and PO Policy
- Perform various duties such as building repairs and snow removal / shoveling to provide
- residents with a clean and wellmaintained living environment
- Maintain property grounds through daily inspection, cleanup, and preventative care
- Maintain and care for equipment as may be necessary for its continuous operation
