Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a Michigan-based property management group, who is actively looking to hire a qualified Maintenance Manager for their Watervliet facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong repair and maintenance background, be familiar with plumbing and electrical, be self-motivated and able to work independently, and more.

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities :
This position will require interaction with residents, vendors, and future residents with a professional demeanor and appearance. Person or team will be responsible for day to day operations of the community, as well as the face of the community for future residents.
