Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a commercial and residential real estate developer, in Jackson, seeking a Service Technician. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer service-focused, and passionate to be apart of a growing entrepreneurial organization.
Responsibilities :
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner, maintain accurate records, preventative
- maintenance, and site and grounds inspections
- Perform various duties such as building repairs and snow removal / shoveling to provide residents
- with a clean and wellmaintained living environment
- Maintain property grounds through daily inspection, cleanup, and preventative care
- Maintain and care for equipment as may be necessary for its continuous operation
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies
- Complete emergency repairs as may be required to prevent damage and deterioration
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Comply with all established site safety and hazardous communication standards
- Deliver resident correspondences as requested
- Perform on call as part of an oncall scheduled rotation
- Assist with new movein turnover and work with vendors
