PM Tech I
Position Summary:

The PM Tech I individual completes preventative maintenance activities on company owned fleet equipment, assists local service team with other various tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Provides preventative maintenance on assigned assets on site at customer’s locations.
- Responsible for submitting accurate, timely maintenance reports and other necessary paperwork.
- Will have call-out rotation responsibilities and respond to emergency maintenance calls as required
- Assists with scheduled and unscheduled equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently
- Dedicated to customer service, and maintains professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Communicates with customers and supervisor to ensure schedules for maintenance of equipment are kept
- Responsible for ensuring service truck is maintained and well kept.
- Represents Axip in a professional manner at all times.
- Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are kept clean and presentable
- Adheres to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Engine and Compressor Schools/Training.
- 1 years’ experience working on natural gas compressors or equivalent mechanical experience.
- Knowledge and experience on compression, process and production equipment, as well as electrical systems, including panel boards, skid wiring, etc.
- Basic computer skills and ability to be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Possess valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to provide own hand tools up to 1 1/4".
Work Environment:
- Must be fit for duty for the job tasks being performed
- Must meet the medical requirements necessary to wear PPE required by role (includes respiratory protection medical requirements as required by role)
- Required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds and to push and pull up to 110 pounds
- Regularly asked to climb in and around equipment, stairs and slanted ladders

- Drive and work in inclement weather for extended periods
