The Warehouseperson/Driver will be primarily responsible for the delivery of ordered parts/materials to various field locations and the stocking processes, the distribution of parts/materials to area mechanics, and all daily parts/materials transactions at these locations.
Responsibilities:

Receive freight shipments of stock inventory of parts/materials

Initial point of accuracy verification for parts/materials received from vendors

Responsible for the cleanliness and neat appearance of the warehouse and assigned vehicle

Review packing list/order for parts/materials with customers for accuracy and obtain signatures and other proof of receipt

Load and unload trucks safely utilizing parts/materials handling equipment when necessary

Assist with cycle count of parts/materials
-
Deliver parts/materials to production sites, ensuring the proper parts/materials are delivered on time

Assist in the maintenance of assigned remote stocking locations

This position will fulfill other duties, including inventory stocking, will-call service, and order picking

Represent Axip in a professional manner at all times

Responsible for customer relationships with an emphasis on excellent customer service

Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Must be available for on-call parts/materials requests as needed
-
Must have current valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Able to properly operate forklifts

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Good organizational skills and ability to make responsible decisions

Basic computer skills and ability to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Environment:

Must be able to physically lift up to 50 pounds
