What will you do in this role?
Learning & Development Leadership Development
- Assessment : Collaborate with business leaders and PBPs to identify opportunities for enhancing capabilities across the organization (needs assessments), partnering with stakeholders to address identified gaps.
- Strategy : Stand up a comprehensive learning and development program, tailored to the specific needs and goals of our organization, focusing on building essential leadership behaviors and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Strategy inclusive of :
Leadership and managerial capabilities
Manage external vendor relationships and budgets; project manage the external program coordination and delivery.
Improve effectiveness in team and employee outcomes
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

Proven ability to design, build and implement a L&D program that is right sized for the organization in this moment and grow it to meet future needs.
Can present complex information to leadership in a compelling manner. Able to communicate concepts to audiences at varied levels, from first-time managers to Executive Leadership.
Able to determine who the right business stakeholders / PBPs are and "bring them along" with an openness to take feedback and incorporate the ideas of others.
Works on complex issues where analysis requires an in-depth assessment, considering many variables, and potential consequences and risk to the business.
Ability to function independently with limited work direction. Work is reviewed periodically and on an exception basis. Can commit to deliverables with customers and / or management.
Can be seen as a key advisor to leadership, making significant change recommendations on structure and process, with long-term significant impact to the business.

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $150k to $175k (NY / NJ). Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance. On top of this, you will be eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package which includes medical plans for you and your family, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and much more.
Where this role is based in the United States of America, this role is Exempt for FLSA purposes.
