Job TitleField Marketing CoordinatorJob DescriptionThe South Central team is looking for a Field Marketing and Experience Center Coordinator. This individual will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager on strategy, coordination, and execution of business area marketing initiatives and events with the Axis team, distributors, and partners. They will be responsible for all administrative duties within the Axis Experience Center to support the management of both customer and internal meetings. Please note : This is a Monday to Friday full time in-office role based out of the Axis Experience Center in Houston, TexasWhat you'll do here as Area Marketing and Experience Center Coordinator?Act as a Brand Ambassador to ensure consistency in the business areaOn-site coordination of meetings within the Axis Experience Center including but not limited to : Greet and instruct guests, including catering and hospitality needsManage visitor sign-in and badge issue process, and report on the number of meetings and attendeesMaintain the cleanliness of the facility at all times, before and after meetingsEnsure proper inventory food / beverage and supplies are in stock, associated vendor relationsPlan and execute all local Axis-hosted and non-Axis-hosted events for distribution, channel partners, and internal sales teamManage co-marketing projects with local channel partners for brand exposurePlan and execute the local Academy marketing plan to drive fill-ratesIncrease marketing initiatives with Regional Sales Managers, local distribution branches, and local industry associationsServe as a liaison for the local sales team to Business Area Marketing teamMarketing representative for the AEC including literature, graphics, and demosHelp execute centrally planned marketing initiatives in the field, with the right "local flare"Evaluate events and conferences within the designated sales region as potential opportunities for Axis presenceParticipate in strategic discussions with Area Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager to create successful marketing initiatives for the local areaSupport logistical elements and staffing of offsite events and trainings in the designated sales regionMaintain system records for ROI reporting purposes and own local marketing reportingWho are we looking for / Who are you?Highly detail oriented and meticulousIndependent and self motivatedAbility to organize and prioritize effectivelyExcellent time management skillsEffective verbal and written communicatorQuick problem solving skillsFlexible team playerOutgoing, welcoming, and professional demeanorEvent planning / hospitality experienceWe'd love to hear that you have / are : 2 year experience in event coordination or internship experience1 year customer service experienceBachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldExperience with CRM and marketing automation preferredPhysical Demands and Travel : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbsExpected travel time for this position is 25%Pay Range : The approximate pay range for this location and position is $55-60K annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
