As Solutions Trainer in the Academy LATAM organization, you will own, manage and execute a variety of strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for the execution of readiness within the Academy team. You will work to provide a consistently-branded and streamlined educational offering to support other regional trainers and teams. You will impact the success and value provided by Axis Communications’ Academy program. The Academy includes classroom-based training, webinars and online modules, with more than 10,000 customers trained annually.
What you’ll do here as a Technical Trainer?
- Provide educational offerings for strategic system integrator and end customer accounts as required
- Support private training requests addressing content analysis
- Provide content reviews and feedback for Core development
- Provide the necessary technical aptitude and explore new solutions with enthusiasm and formally report back to curriculum development
- Classroom equipment crate construction and evergreen management
- Support Core team in eLearning development projects
- Support multi-business area Training delivery
- Develop Axis global relationships and work in cross-functional project teams to gain a broad understanding of the business
- New Trainer Onboarding
- Deliver training and support the development and execution Trainer Readiness
- Webinar delivery as needed
- Tradeshow support as needed
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
- Fluent Spanish
- Confortable with delivering training in English
- Fluent Portuguese (not required, but a plus)
- Optimistic and excited attitude to taking on new projects
- Preferred knowledge of Axis and/or related products
- Analytical, inquiring and critical thought process
- Develop new ideas, systems and technology, and analyze and improve old ones
- Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results
- Customer service orientation with strong relationship management abilities
- Capable public speaker
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications
- Project Management skills
- Organized, high-level of detail orientation with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; excellent use of time management
- Skilled communication abilities at all levels of the organization - multifaceted communication required such as detailed project management components as well as big picture business cases
- Original and creative problem solving; confident decision making
- Proactive, focused, independent drive
We'd love to hear that you are/have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
- Technical product knowledge
- Previous experience as a technical trainer or project leader managing various elements of a training program
- Industry certifications such as PSP, CPP, or partner technology certifications
- Axis Certified Professional
