Role Overview:
As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Axis Data, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge data solutions powered by Palantir Foundry. This position demands exceptional technical expertise, a strong ability to collaborate with clients, and a proactive mindset to tackle complex challenges and drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and applications using Palantir Foundry, SQL, and Python.
- Implement data models and ontologies to ensure data consistency and usability.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Take ownership of client engagements and solutions to ensure clients love what we deliver.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot complex data-related issues.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of data engineering practices at Axis Data.
- Deliver professional communication to clients and team members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
