Key Responsibilities:- Direct all operational aspects of the company—from estimating to execution to invoicing—to ensure smooth, successful project delivery.
- Oversee and review project bids, ensuring they’re accurate, competitive, and aligned with company goals.
- Conduct job site audits to evaluate performance, quality, and safety, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage billing and invoicing processes, monitor collections, and ensure cash flow stays healthy.
- Collaborate with field crews and supervisors to support efficient operations and high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.
- Work hand-in-hand with ownership on strategy, financials, and long-term planning.
- At least 5 years of experience in the commercial electrical contracting industry, ideally in operations, estimating, or project management roles.
- Strong working knowledge of project workflows, cost tracking, and billing systems.
- A leadership mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using construction management platforms or financial tracking software is a plus.
- Great communication and analytical thinking skills.
