Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle machine design using 3D CAD software.
- Ensures all designs comply with client requirements, industry and safety standards.
- Manages time and budget constraints on projects to meet delivery goals.
- Collaborates with project management, electrical, and fabrication teams to coordinate project execution.
- Provides technical support and quoting assistance to the sales team.
- Develops innovative and cost-effective mechanical solutions.
- Conducts peer reviews on designs, drawings, and calculations to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoots equipment and recommends design improvements.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in machine design.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred, minimum 3 years of experience).
- Strong understanding of structural materials, fabrication techniques, and electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Expertise in steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel properties.
- Ability to create hand sketches for parts and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
