Compensation : Starting at $28-30 / per Hour Based Upon Experience.
Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated, culture-focused, and results-driven Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our team, you will manage the front-line communication into our helpdesk at company headquarters in Chandler, AZ. You will play an important part in providing the highest level of customer service for one of the fastest growing equipment rental companies in the United States.

Job Requirements & Expectations :
- Address and resolve customer inquiries by phone and email, including but not limited to requests for pricing, product availability, shipment updates, work-orders, delivery status, billing inquiries, and trouble-shooting needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment-related issues to assist customers by phone, web, chat, and email with a positive and respectful customer experience.
- Ensure that all communications are handled or forwarded internally in a timely manner.
- Manage customer interactions within company CRM and service software.
- Providing support, both to clients deskside and at times remotely.
- Develop an understanding of our equipment, applications, customer-base, and industry to ensure authentic and valuable real-time customer service.
- Other non-support job duties will be given based on experience and qualification.
