As a Regional Manager at our Axis Portable Air, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations, sales, and service activities across multiple locations within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of branch managers and technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to foster a high-performance culture and achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities :
Regional Operations Management :
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets for the region.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize resources and streamline operations.
