Pay : $90,000.00-$120,000.00
Frequent Regional travel includes Indianapolis and Chicago as well as other locations based on business needs.
As a Regional Sales Manager at our Axis Portable Air, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales team cross multiple locations within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving business growth and managing a team of outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to foster a high-performance culture and achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and stay updated on industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
