Pay : $23.00-$25.00
As an Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our HR team by supporting recruiting efforts and handling various administrative HR tasks. You will be involved in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to offering them positions. Additionally, you"ll assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and data management. This role is a perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience in both recruiting and HR administration within a growing and dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting :
Source, screen, and engage candidates for open positions.
Prepare and send offer letters, employment agreements, and other related documents.
Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
