Location: Chandler, AZ - Headquarters
Pay: $22.00-$30.00
As a Rapid Response Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the work-order management and customer experience for national and strategic accounts.
This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, this role will also experience a significant increase in demand, inbound communication, workload, and the need for proactive communication and attention to detail during peak summer and winter months.
Success in this role will demand a genuine and authentic commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork. By doing so you will play an integral part in the relationship management, performance, and development of highly valued customers. Job Requirements & Expectations:
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain the highest level of respect, customer support, and willingness to uphold companies culture and standards of service.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations by responding to emergency and non-emergency work-orders, service, and support requests via phone, email, software, and a variety of web-based platforms.
- Create and deliver quotes based upon customers' requests.
- Occasionally, gather additional information to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requests. This may involve clarifying the scope of work, including details such as location, specific service needs, and the urgency of the request.
- Manage and maintain invoicing, administrative, and customer specific tasks via email and across various customer specific platforms.
- Service as the main point of communication between the customer and companies operations, delivery, and service teams in the field.
- Seek and address customer feedback and proactively provide the highest levels of customer service, problem solving, and unreasonable hospitality.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- 1 years of customer service or dispatching experience preferred.
- An authentic desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Ability to successfully multitask in a high-demand environment.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Excellent computer proficiency, including fast and accurate typing skills.
