Intermediate Interior Designer

Why This Role is Open:

This firm is currently looking to grow its interior design department by adding a strong ID to help design and manage projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation including detailed layout drawings and schedules.

• Contribute to project phases while collaborating with internal project teams and external consultants.

• Produce graphics and 3D visuals for presentations.

• Prepare contract documents in compliance with building code.

• Research and present to the team, appropriate furnishings and fixtures that align with projects.
  

Must Haves:

• 5 years experience working with OBC.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.

• Strong understanding of FF&E as well as color and material specification.

• Experience in residential and commercial interiors.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Excellent graphic design and visual presentation skills.

• Registration with NCIDQ or equivalent an asset.
