The team in Vancouver is growing, and looking for an Intermediate or Senior Architect to join them!Responsibilities:
- Creative design skills with ability to come up with innovative solutions;
- Organizational skills, including planning and scheduling efficiently, focusing on key priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Exhibits passion and professionalism towards their work;
- Exceptional written and oral communication;
- Ability to working independently.
Must haves:
- Over 5 years of post-graduate experience;
- Registered with the AIBC or eligible for registration;
- Creative design skills;
- Experience in multiple typologies including wood-frame housing is beneficial, as well as mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use buildings;
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD;
- Knowledge of BC Building Code and bylaws.
- Project management experience is beneficial;
- Passive house and net-zero design principles, including energy modeling, daylighting analysis, and life cycle assessment tools, is advantageous.
Remote/Hybrid
Salary Banding: $75,000 - $110,000
