Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Quality Technician to assist in ensuring the quality of our precast concrete products. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to grow in the quality control field. Under the guidance of our Quality Control team, you’ll perform essential tasks to uphold our production standards and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in inspecting precast concrete products for compliance with specifications.
• Perform basic testing on concrete samples (e.g., slump tests, strength tests) and record results.
• Support the Quality Control team in monitoring production processes.
• Report any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors for further action.
• Maintain clean and organized testing equipment and work areas.
• Help document quality control data and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in quality control, manufacturing, or construction is a plus (but not required).
• Willingness to learn and follow quality assurance procedures.
• Basic understanding of concrete production or testing is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good observation skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• PCI Level 1 certification is a bonus (or willingness to pursue it with company support).

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
