Global Payroll Analyst
General Description:
The Senior Global Payroll Analyst will oversee comprehensive payroll operations across multiple global locations. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Payroll and Compliance, as well as other team members, this role ensures accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related activities. Serving as the primary point of contact, the analyst will address and resolve payroll inquiries, providing seamless support and expertise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate third-party payroll administrators across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring precise and timely execution of monthly payroll cycles
Analyze, reconcile, and audit data using automated systems and processes to produce accurate pay and withholding calculations.
Monitor Workday payroll integrations via ADP’s Integration Hub to resolve integration errors. Engage HRIS to assist with integration issues and maintain country specific data field mapping.
Respond to employee inquires routed by the HR Service Center and coordinate case resolution with payroll & HR partners in an efficient and professional manner
Assist with expatriate payroll administration which includes coordination and preparation of payroll entries, communication with external tax advisor and tax reporting
Reconcile payroll data for quarterly and year end payroll activities. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee tax slips and tax reporting. Compile data for financial, tax and compliance reporting needs.
Maintain process workflows, SOPs, Employee FAQs, and intranet content to ensure most updated information is readily available.
Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
FPC or CPP certification preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience with multi-country payroll processing
Experience with centralized payroll model
Workday and ADP payroll experience is a must
Working knowledge of applicable payroll tax regulations and payroll compliance reporting
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and Vlookups
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid/remote environment with key stakeholders and partners.
