**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced HR Support Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our HR team, focusing on recruitment, HR administration, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and previous experience in recruitment and HR administration. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the full recruitment cycle;
- Managing the applicant tracking system;
- Conducting HR orientation sessions;
- Coordinating exit processes.
You will also assist in maintaining employee records, benefits administration, and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
