Job Description – Technical Writer
Reports To : VP of Product Management
Summary
At AxisCare, we are transforming home care operations to help agencies focus on providing excellent care to seniors. As a Technical Writer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission by creating high-quality documentation for our software solutions, enabling our users to succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including help articles for our customer agencies.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, software engineering, and product management teams to document new features and address a backlog of documentation needs.
- Develop in-app help text, tutorials, and other user guidance to improve customer understanding and engagement.
- Work with subject-matter experts to ensure accurate, user-focused content.
- Generate innovative content strategies for delivering information effectively to users.
- Solicit feedback from users to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.
- Contribute to team retrospectives and brainstorm ways to improve efficiency and outcomes.
