Role: SAP QA
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Day 1 Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, testing and reporting while maintaining timelines and budgets.
Run daily stand-up meetings and drive IT meetings, acting as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile best practices.
Lead Sprint Planning and ensure seamless execution of development cycles.
Utilize JIRA and TestRail for tracking development, testing, and project progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Services, Logistics, Customer Fulfillment, and IT teams.
Draft and document business requirements to support system enhancements and process improvements.
Ensure familiarity with SAP modules,specifically SAP SD and business processes related to inventory management, service logistics, and finance teams.
Possess experience with SAP QA processes to ensure quality and compliance in system implementations
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies across systems and workflows.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing updates and strategic insights.
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of experience in project management, QA Lead preferably in SAP background.
Knowledge in ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP, particularly in data flow and system integration.
In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module and experience in SAP QA processes.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and TestRail for project and test management.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of business processes in inventory management, service logistics, and finance teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex logistics and service scenarios.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service fulfillment operations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow case management and Salesforce equipment tracking.
Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and process optimization.
