Position Summary
The Jr. Representative plays a critical role in supporting Axiva’s business development and provider relations efforts. This entry-level role is designed for a motivated, customer-focused individual looking to grow within the specialty home infusion.
As a Jr. Rep, you will assist in building relationships with healthcare providers, driving sales, and marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to Axiva’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Engagement
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide basic product and service information to prospective providers.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Work closely with the senior sales representative to execute sales initiatives.
- Promote Axiva’s pharmacy, nursing, and onboarding services.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales efforts.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and provider satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and infusion therapies to better support the team and providers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year of experience in outside sales, B2B, healthcare, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage with providers and team members.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
