What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manufacturing Supervisor Cut and Sew Factory position at AXL Advanced?
We are looking for an assistant production supervisor with experience in a cut and sew factory setting working with small and medium-sized teams. Someone who can work with the production manager help lead a small team of factory workers to build products to the highest quality and also roll up their sleeves to work alongside.
Requirements:
- Supervisor Experience over production/manufacturing teams.
- Manufacture of products to the highest quality standards
Additional Skills/Experience:
- Sewing/garment production experience is a plus
- Laser, CNC
- Materials Ordering
- Inventory
