What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Production Worker Tactical Gear Part Time position at AXL Advanced?
AXL designs and manufactures high-quality military and tactical gear. We are seeking motivated team members to join our production crew!
- No direct prior experience is necessary.
- On-the-job training is provided.
- Knowledge of nylon tactical gear and related textile materials is a plus.

Duties:
- Feed raw materials into production machinery
- Assemble goods on production lines
- Monitor the production process
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
- Maintain work areas and equipment
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work in a moderate noise environment
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work on foot or seated for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Able to cross train on other positions within Production
- Reliable mode of transportation
