Salary : $90k - $110k
Warehouse Manager
This role will start in Riverside, CA, and move to Perris, CA later in the year.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
Manage a warehouse team of 50-60 employees
Solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Create reports for management
Controls inventory levels by conducting ongoing physical counts and reconciling house inventory with customer inventory
Works with staffing agencies to ensure correct levels of personnel are maintained
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; advising management on needed actions
Partnering with Human Resources and Payroll to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage IT projects and personnel
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Other tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements :
Experience managing a 3PL warehouse
Experience with reverse logistics
Experience managing an ecommerce team
Minimum 5 years of distribution management experience
Experience working in an unstructured environment
Must have good supervisory and communication skills
Must know federal and state shipping regulations, safety policies and standard inventory procedures.
High energy, personal drive, and self-motivation to accomplish business goals
Must be an effective communicator
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Salary : $90k - $110k annually, depending on experience
