Your Impact
You will be a key leader within the Enterprise team at Axon. This is a SDR Manager role on a “startup" within Axon where we’ll move fast, win our earliest customers in verticals outside of public safety, and build repeatable processes. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Director on building and refining our customer acquisition strategies. Ability to think creatively, articulate complex solutions, build repeatable process, iterate on messaging across different personas, and lead the SDR team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training.

What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA
Reports to: VP of Sales, Enterprise
Direct Reports: 4-6
- Lead a growing team of SDR’s, focused on developing well-qualified opportunities to expand our customer base
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
- Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to continuously improve our customer acquisition efforts
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years leading a team of SDRs for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration
- Track record of sales and channel sales success
- Experience with personalized and customized approaches based on buyers and personas
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing teams on account based marketing strategies

The Pay: The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 46000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 69000 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD 40000. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role will be a combination of base pay and the commissions target for the role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
