Axonius is seeking a passionate and motivated Head of Creative to lead the visual evolution of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall creative vision, design, and execution of all marketing and branding initiatives across a range of digital and print projects, ensuring alignment with our new brand identity and business objectives. You will be a lead creative designer and will manage a small team of internal and external creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual assets that communicate the Axonius story while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, website graphics, event assets, collateral, infographics, and more.
- Oversee all creative projects, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution across various channels.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and marketing.
- Champion creativity and innovation within the marketing team and the broader organization.
- Manage and mentor a small team including an internal designer and freelance designers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Delegate tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Develop and maintain priority for creative requests, project timelines, and resource allocation.
About You / Qualifications
Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate's salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.
Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity) $145,000 — $170,000 USD
