Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Operations & Strategy Manager to join our fast-growing global team, with a focus on supporting the Emerging Enterprise Business . In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the sales operations strategy, optimizing compensation structures, and driving operational efficiency across the organization to support revenue growth.
You will collaborate with senior sales leadership, finance, HR, and business operations teams to design, implement, and refine sales processes, compensation plans, and performance metrics that drive success within our enterprise segment. As a key partner in business strategy, you will also be involved in the broader strategic planning for expanding our emerging enterprise business globally.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Operations Excellence :
- Lead the operational processes that support the sales lifecycle for the emerging enterprise business, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sale support.
- Develop and refine sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate reporting and goal-setting.
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools and systems that improve sales team efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity.

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)
160,000 — $170,000 USD
