Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The Visual Designer, Performance Marketing designs and creates visual concepts driven by proven conversion methodologies, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. This role is responsible for crafting the overall layout and production design for on-brand materials including digital, online social, and paid media, as well as print collateral, events materials, corporate reports, and more. This position plays a unique, complementary role to conceptual creative capabilities requiring a comprehension of direct response conversion tactics and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and business units to ensure designs and collateral meet the defined needs of the business and/or campaign
- Conceptualize and execute unique marketing materials including but not limited to campaign concepting, omni-channel production, digital and print media, web, landing page, and email layouts, iconography, infographics, and animation
- Develop and maintain design templates in order to streamline marketing requests and utilize proven conversion methodologies. Help maintain a design system of approved images, designs, and artwork for enterprise-wide marketing usage
- Manage and deliver projects within established timelines
- Design and create visual components, using Figma design software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers
- Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of design experience
- Design project management experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- Workfront experience preferred
- FIGMA experience preferred
