About This Job
Axos is seeking a VP, Sr. Relationship Manager III who will lead relationship management activities with existing clients. In this role, you will also build new business relationships with commercial lending prospects and lead the team in meeting or exceeding established business goals.Responsibilities:
- Assist in complex deal negotiations throughout the documentation and funding stages of approved transactions
- Assist with the preparation of reports, information requests, credit inquiries, Pre-Investment Committee submissions, term sheets, Credit Memorandum, and other special requests
- Assist in screening and structuring new loan opportunities
- Draft and negotiate term sheets with counterparties
- Prepare credit write ups and present to senior management
- Execute complex transactions for assigned products supported by the following asset classes: commercial real estate (all property types), real estate bridge loans, small and medium sized business loans, consumer loans and leases
- Evaluate the potential for cross sell opportunities and cross department due diligence. Independently formulate questions and directly engage with customers/prospects, in addition to RM and Senior Management, to address any information, issues, or concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years experience in commercial lending or related financial services

Salary : $175,000 - $185,000
