Target Range:
$45,000.00/Yr. - $66,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job
The Treasury Department is responsible for the capital, liquidity, foreign exchange, and cash management of the firm. This position will primarily be responsible for daily cash management, reporting, correspondence with our Introducing Broker Dealers (IBDs), and certain accounting entries related to cash movement.Responsibilities:
- Performing accounts reviews, transactions settlement and processing, resolving transaction exceptions or rejects related to payable/receivable accounts, following established policies and procedures
- Analyzing information to determine the accuracy and completeness of transaction data, proactively identifying and escalating risks to the firm
- Providing clear, complete and accurate responses for inquiries, making investigations and issues resolution with client accounts, seeking opportunities to improve customer experience
- Performing journal entries related to treasury cash movements and partnering with accounting to research any inquiries
- Reconciling bank statements to accounting system
- Executing daily sweep activity and reconcile to sweep provider
- Performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of treasury activity
- Incoming and outgoing check processing and mailing
- Ad-hoc activities as assigned/needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in securities industry accounting and reporting functions, including familiarity with FINRA and SEC rules and regulations preferred
- Strong analytical, decision-making, oral and written communication and human relations skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
