As part of our U.S. expansion, we are seeking a high-performing Account Director – Sales to drive business growth in Florida and New York.
Role Overview
The Account Director – Sales will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, developing strategic relationships, and expanding Axpe Consulting’s presence in the U.S. This is a hunter role requiring a strong background in B2B IT sales, solution selling, and enterprise account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare industries.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Solution Selling: Present AI, cloud, data analytics, and ServiceNow solutions to address client challenges and business needs.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and outreach.
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Track sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT solutions.
- Proven success in selling AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Candidates must be based in Florida or New York and be able to travel within these locations as needed.
