Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Feasibility & S t udy Startup Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient initiation and execution of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, technology proficiency, and experience managing multiple stakeholders and timelines. This part-time position offers an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clinical Trial Coordination :
Oversee study startup activities to ensure all clinical trials progress according to established timelines.
Manage and track startup documentation, regulatory submissions, and site activation processes.
Coordinate and monitor multiple trials simultaneously, ensuring all team members stay on track.
Provide direction and support to staff involved in study startup activities.
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Pro to manage project documentation and communication.
