Join our team to help our client build next-level products. We are seeking an experienced dynamic UI / UX designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and user interfaces. You will have the opportunity to shape our client's product while working in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex design challenges and is eager to contribute to the success of digital experiences. Additionally, you will work closely with a team of developers and client stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are translated into functional web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design Strategy : Own holistic user experience design.
- Conceptualization : Conceptualize and provide support for the design conceptualization of customer-centered solutions infusing experience design principles and considering the user experience of the entire ecosystem.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with project managers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other design disciplines to integrate and address user needs and balance them against business, brand, and technical goals to improve the user experience by reducing friction across the user journey.
- Testing and Optimization : Partner with stakeholders to test and refine solutions as necessary and partner with Developers to ensure development matches the design fidelity.
- Adherence to Standards : Maintain design standards and asset libraries per client requirements.
