Overview:

The Senior Director of Information Systems Strategy will provides strategic services to internal clients in the discipline of system architecture and delivery; ensures that technical solutions solve business problems; possesses a much broader range of business and technical expertise; translates business requirements into technical requirements and assists other team members in designing and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilitites:

• Create the vision and strategy for our Business application ecosystems across process areas - Lead-to-Customer, Contract-to-Cash, Customer lifecycle, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire etc.
• Partner with 74Software executives in Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Production business strategy tied to New Product Introductions, Go to Market and Financial backend integrations including Subscription, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition and Financial Close.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to redesign, evolve and automate business processes for scale.
• Leverage our ERP (Workday), Salesforce, Workday HCM, ServiceNow and other SAAS applications to drive process improvements and automation. Understand key capability gaps and manage the roadmap for application acquisition and implementation to close the capability gap.
• Manage delivery of programs and projects on-time with quality. Provide best-in-class support during post-deployment and during ongoing operations.
• Manage IT steering committee with business stakeholders for cross-functional initiatives, engagement, prioritization and resource allocation.
• Manage high-impact initiatives, including obtaining and documenting business requirements, design and sign off on systems architecture and leading development of both internal and external resources.
• Lead and manage system upgrades, rollouts and implementations; testing; developing workflows; documenting processes; user acceptance; developing policies and ensuring they are followed.
• Mentor and develop a high performing team, including setting regular goals and objectives and measuring performance against goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in IT application development, delivery and support function.
• 5 years of technical leadership and management experience.
• Based in Paris, France and fluent in French and English.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience in application functions like Workday ERP (OM, Financials, Billing), Workday HCM, Salesforce (Sales, Service and Revenue cloud), etc in SAAS companies.
• Strong understanding of business processes and able to translate the business needs to system implementation plans.
• Proven track record of managing complex application program portfolios and delivering to the defined objectives.
• Prior experience working with services companies to leverage in-house and external resources for driving delivery and post-implementation support. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
