Role: Parts Coordinator II
Location: Holland, MI 49424
Duration: 6 Months on W2 (No benefits provided)
Schedule:
- Start time: 6:30 AM
- 9-hour shifts with some weekend work required
Job Summary:
The Parts Coordinator II is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling orders, and handling shipping and receiving operations. This role requires frequent forklift operation (both sit-down and stand-up), accurate use of a tape measure, and the ability to build crates for international shipments. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull parts according to pick lists for parts and pump orders
- Correctly place incoming stock in designated locations
- Package and ship parts, including crating components for overseas shipments
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts and cranes
- Utilize a tape measure to build secure crates for international shipping
- Receive and inspect incoming freight from vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts
- Monitor workload and request assistance as needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and 5S requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 3-5 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as cranes
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.56 - $19.30 per hour
